Searching for answers

Start every rules question on the homepage. Search looks through existing FAQ entries and ranks them by how closely they match your wording.

Match scores

Each result shows a % match — semantic similarity between your query and that FAQ entry. Higher is better; strong matches appear in green.

Reading a result row

Each search hit shows enough to decide before you click through:

• Question text — the rules interaction being answered
• Vote score — net community upvotes minus downvotes
• Status badge — verified, unverified, or deprecated
• Match score — how closely it fits your search

What happens next

Click a result to open its FAQ page. There you'll see the full answer, references, votes, and comments. Status badges tell you how much to trust the answer — see Answer statuses for the full trust model.
