No — the copied Pit Rookie does not get Kayle's three Empowered statuses.

Copy effects (like Shady Spectacles) only copy "copyable traits": printed Might, rules text, and tags. The Empowered status is a state applied to a game object on the board (Rule 441.2), not a printed trait — it's "appended or granted," so it doesn't transfer, just like buffs and gear don't (FAQ #10591).

What Pit Rookie does get is Kayle's printed text: [Empower] [3], "I can be Empowered up to three times," and the conditional Deflect 3/Ganking clause. It just starts with 0 Empowered statuses — no +2 Shield, no Deflect 3, no Ganking — until you pay [3] three times to Empower the copy itself. Kayle keeps her own statuses unaffected.
