Answer

As you are using Alpha Strike I am going to assume standard deck construction which would make your Akali an Akali Silent (Calm Champion Unit).

Alpha Strike's damage is calculated when it resolves, not when you play it (FAQ #9355; Rule 359.3.f.2). Resonating Strike resolves first (it's on top of the Chain), moving Akali Silent and giving her +2 Might. Since Resonating Strike can only move Akali to a Battlefield, this then triggers the 'When I move to a Battlefield' from Akali Silent on top of Alpha Strike. Akali's 'When i move' ability resolves giving her another +2 Might. Now Alpha Strike can resolve. Alpha Strike's split targets were locked in at finalization, and since it says "enemy units at battlefields" (not "at Akali's location"), where Akali is doesn't matter either. Akali Silent base 4M +2M from Resonating Strike and +2M from her own trigger makes a total of 8 Might, so 8 Damage to divide between the previously selected targets.

Note that the targets for Alpha Strike are chosen at finalization. You can only choose a number of enemy units less than or equal to your chosen unit's might at the moment of finalization. As you need to be able to deal at least 1 damage to each target. So in this case 4 targets maximum.
