Answer

Brynhir is a unit so it immediately resolves, it does not linger on the chain. Brynhir 'when you play me' triggered ability goes on the chain. You have priority as you have the newest item on the chain. If you pass, priority goes to your opponent. Opponent reacts with Tide Turner from hidden -> resolves immediately. Tide Turner 'when you play me' triggered ability goes on the chain on top of Brynhir WYPM ability. Tide Turner WYPM ability resolves -> swaps TT with Hwei -> Hwei 'when i move' ability goes onto the chain on top of Brynhir WYPM ability. Hwei 'when I move' triggered ability resolves and does it's thing. Chain now only has Brynhir WYPM ability left, you have priority. If you pass, priority goes back to opponent -> opponent reacts with Flash -> flash becomes a chain item on top of Brynhir WYPM ability. Flash resolves. After Flash resolves (and potential WYPM from Hwei) -> Chain now only has Brynhir WYPM ability left, you have priority. If you pass, priority goes back to opponent -> if opponent passes -> Brynhir WYPM ability resolves.
